Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, accessing, or using PitchTAC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the app
PitchTAC is provided for lawful coaching, training, and team communication use. You are responsible for device setup, the accuracy of team data you enter, and compliance with league, school, or organizational rules.
Subscription and billing
Paid features are available through active subscriptions and renew according to the billing cadence you select in the App Store. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund requests, and billing management are handled by Apple under App Store terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use PitchTAC to interfere with other networks, reverse-engineer the app, violate applicable law, or misuse any team or player information stored on your devices.
Availability and updates
We continuously improve the service and may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may depend on device compatibility, Apple services, or active subscriptions.
Warranty disclaimer
PitchTAC is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or fitness for every coaching environment, device configuration, or competitive context.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PitchTAC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, service interruptions, or decisions made during practices or games.
